During my visit to the spa at the Laguna Palace Hotel. I was treated to an unforgettable Thai massage by the incredible skilled masseur Marco.
The spa serene ambiance and spectacular view immediately set the tone for relaxation. The courteous reception ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Marco’s expertise was evident as he tailored the Thai massage to my preferences, skillfully, combining pressure and stretching techniques. He’s intuitive approach and attention to my comfort, made the experience truly exceptional.
The spa is a must visit for anyone seeking a rejuvenating scape.
Read well, especially the bosses or CEO floors. Unfortunately, I can only give three stars because, like other hotels, I look behind the scenes. Actually everything is fine, only what concerns the staff. The hotel has four stars on the shoulders of the employees. wages? I would never do this back-breaking job for €7. My respect only to the staff who are responsible for cleaning and rooms. Normally, in this region, wages in the gastro are between 13 - 16 € per hour. This hotel only pays half of the claim. Accommodation of the staff, question to the boss the rooms are small without comfort, no fridge or anything else. would they live like this? That's why this hotel only gets 3 stars I don't just rate the service or cleanliness.
I did not spend the night at the hotel but I visited the spa and got the full body massage from the massage therapist named Frederica. It was an incredible experience. She was kind and professional, and made me feel very comfortable. She works with intention and takes the time and care to tailor the massage to the recipient. She truly cares about the work she does. Also, the facilities are beautiful and clean. There is a very peaceful ambiance in the spa. I cannot speak highly enough about my massage experience with Frederica at the Laguna Palace.
Very unfriendly staff at Reception, definitly last time for us, especially if you have children, I cannot recommend it.
Breakfast was food of low quality, rooms smelled bad (especially balcony) and the location is away from the restaurants.
Cannot recommend at all.
In the quite part of the town, facing the laguna. Good breakfast. Solid building.||I have booked more expensive room facing the harbour 250 EURO a night. In the reservation I have requested a room on a higher floor. I received a room on the …

We went there just for an afternoon at the Spa. Amazing view on both the Marano lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, beautiful location!
I gave 3 stars because the pool water was really not what you may expect from a Spa(guess around 25°).
Asking about the water temperature led to tons of bulls*it the unguilty employees are taugh to repeat.
Still worth the trip. But if I wanted cold water I would have gone to public pool and got money saved.
The Laguna Palace is ok but nothing special. Like a holiday inn in Germany. Double Room was bug enough for one, had a side view to the laguna and showed some signs of aging.
Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. Fruit juice from the machine and coffee not on the level you expect in Italy.
Staff is friendly
Overall ok, but....
Not ok is the value for price. I paid €1350.- for 5 night, double room single use. Too much for what is offered.
